It has been approved by the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>Adult Life Training, Inc.<br \/>\nEffectiveness Assessment Policy<br \/>\nas of November 29, 2010<\/p>\n<p>WHEREAS, Adult Life Training, Inc. board of directors seeks to establish a policy on effectiveness assessment to help ensure that the organization has defined, measurable goals and objectives in place to evaluate the success and impact of its program(s) in fulfilling these goals and objectives,<\/p>\n<p>IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT the Adult Life Training, Inc. board of directors adopts the following policy:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>At least once every two years, the Adult Life Training, Inc. will review its goals and objectives toward achieving its mission and will complete a performance and effectiveness assessment of its programs based on that review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Such an assessment will be conducted under the authority of the Adult Life Training, Inc. Advisory Board and Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Adult Life Training, Inc.
