She is\u00a0 a Masters of Science in nursing at IPFW in Fort Wayne. She brings a wealth of expertise in trans-cultural implications and HIPPA compliance procedures, a requirement for a social agency dealing with diverse populations and confidential client information. Jolene researched and wrote on the Burmese population of Fort Wayne, IN; and was asked to present this project called &#8220;Adaptation and Use of the Neuman Systems Model in Global Culture-Specific Problems&#8221; at the Biennial Symposia in Las Vegas in the summer of 2009.
