These are “good” unwanted electronics! They are headed to recycling where their component minerals and metals will be reprocessed and used again, not to a dump where they will poison our water.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Adult Life Training, Inc. can use your unwanted but working Laptop or Notebook PCs<\/p>\n

We help the poor in our community learn useful computer job skills so they can get a real job and support themselves financially.\u00a0Many are too poor to afford a usable computer to practice their new skills or perform job searches.<\/p>\n

If you replaced your notebook computer\u00a0this Christmas and no longer want your old one, you can bring it to\u00a0us and we’ll clean off the fixed disk and prepare it for a needy person to make their own. In this way your unwanted computer can have a new life helping others, you’ll get a tax letter for a deduction, and it won’t cost you a cent for recycling fees! Please note, the recycling organization\u00a0that we send our unusable leftovers to charges us money (without mercy) to take TVs and old vacuum tube computer screens, so we are not able to accept those items.<\/p>\n
