Created and maintain heterogeneous network (Linux vs. Microsoft) of 30 - 40 computers encompassing three buildings. Provide ongoing technical support to several non-technical staff.

Agri-Stats, Inc. - Fort Wayne, IN 9/98 - 9/02

Senior Programmer Analyst - Wrote and maintained in house financial reporting systems and proprietary customer apps. Collaborated in cross-functional teams including accounting, auditing, sales, production/printing, IT, technical support and customer service staff: Senior Programmer to automate data submittal (EDI) and report delivery processes (from manual BBS + modem to Internet). Reduced customer support cost about 90% and improve turnaround time, which freed up one tech support employee. Languages included HTML, Visual Basic, Object Pascal/Delphi, and Clipper 5.x.
