Non-Discrimination Policy

The racially non-discriminatory policy is in the Articles of Incorporation (Article IX, page 3, Paragraph 2) and By-Laws (Article 5, 5.04, page 7).

The following policy was adopted by the Board of Directors:

“Adult Life Training, Inc. admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.”

The following statement is on the home page of our website and is included in all new brochures and printed materials.

“The school admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.”

THE UNDERSIGNED DIRECTORS OF ADULT LIFE TRAINING, Inc., BY A UNANIMOUS VOTE, HAVE CONFIRM THAT WE HAVE ADOPTED THE FOREGOING POLICY THIS DAY, DECEMBER 13, 2004.
