From what I can tell, in the Microsoft Refurbusher Program there is no way to provide a legitimate charity Windows license for a PC which does not already have a legitimate Windows license, other than just buying one at retail somewhere.

The Burmese students have been growing their own corn behind the church. The raccoons ate all their corn, but they still had the “corn trees” (corn stalks) which they harvested and tied together to make bundles. We added some pumpkin, colorful feed corn, and squash to complement.
